I get asked on the regular what I think of GLP-1, Ozempic etc so hear it goes!!! It’s a very personal decision, probably made with a doctor who knows a lot more about than I do lol! I’ve heard it can cause muscle loss, so if we’re not already increasing muscle/ strength with weight training we sure need to do so now. There are many things that reduce muscle: not enough protein, lack of weight training, aging, getting sidelined from workouts because you’re injured. Here’s where I come in!
