Move more, eat better food, and sleep more consistently. That’s what we know we must do. But often, what holds us back isn’t a lack of knowledge. It’s mental blocks. Real and lasting change comes from showing up, stumbling, learning, and continuing anyway. Your journey doesn’t need to be flawless to be powerful.

If you are looking for a professional to keep you accountable, please reach out to me. Either email ([email protected]) or a DM works. I’ve got you, imperfect and all.

Do you have expectations that keep you from going to the gym or participating in a fitness routine? Scared you need to lift really heavy? Think you have to be moving for hours? Afraid you may have a hard time keeping up with others?

Just know that your fitness journey is unique to you, but for everyone, consistency works wonders. Believe in yourself and know you can make progress happen.

You can start with something small and build from there. You can focus more on how well you move first then look to increasing weights or speed. You just need to MOVE! Get out there, and DO IT! 👊🏻🩵

A couple of these you may not know. Easy to incorporate cool-down stretches at the wall:
✨shoulder flexion stretch (30-90 sec) - after any upper body pull exercises
✨tricep stretch (30-90 sec each side) - after any upper body press exercises
✨couch stretch (30-90 sec each side) - after any lower body press exercises, squats, or lunges
✨hamstring stretch (30-90 sec each side) - after any lower body pull exercises, squats, or lunges
✨calf stretch (30-90 sec each side) - after any bounding/jumping movements or running

Don’t make it complicated. You don’t need a bunch of fancy equipment to feel good after a hard workout. I encourage you to take some time to stretch for recovery, and I hope it becomes a habit for you.
