The last time we shared about Dick, 85, it was in August when he deadlifted 105lb for 6 reps.
Today, he cranked out 135lb for 8 reps!
That’s going from an estimated 1 rep max of around 120lb, to an estimated max of around 170lb, in just over 6 months. 💪🏼
