Connect Transit Continues Tradition of Zero-Fare on Election Day, November 3, 2026

Connect Transit will be suspending fare collection on all public transportation services in Bloomington-Normal on Election Day – Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Connect Transit, Mobility, Flex and Go will waive fares to reduce barriers to voting caused by lack of transportation.

See our flyer and social media post for polling locations near bus stops in Bloomington-Normal. We have also included a quick stop location image for early voting which goes through November 2. See this link for more info on early voting. https://www.mcleancountyil.gov/1596/Early-Voting

Fare collection will resume on Wednesday, November 4, 2025.
