When the call went out for teams to hit the floor for the Step/Stroll Exhibition during the D9 Mixer at the 2026 NAMI Convention in Atlanta, one Theta Man answered.
Bro. Michael White stepped out solo and represented Iota Phi Theta with pride, presence, and purpose. It takes a different level of confidence to stand alone where others stand in numbers, and he did just that.
Sometimes all it takes is one Iota.

The Theta Men of DeKalb proudly welcome our new Chapter Polaris, Brother Joshua Arnold, who began his term on January 1, 2026, and will serve through 2027. As we mark this moment, we also celebrate his birthday today and extend our best wishes as he begins this new chapter of leadership.
Initiated in Spring 2002 as a Charter Member of THEE Epsilon Xi Chapter at the University of West Georgia, Brother Arnold has been a foundational force within our chapter since its establishment in 2010. After previously serving on the Executive Board as Sergeant-at-Arms, he now assumes the mantle of Polaris with both historical perspective and a steady vision for what comes next.
With a professional background rooted in strategy, leadership development, and organizational growth, he brings a disciplined and people-centered approach to this administration. We look forward to a focused and impactful term guided by the principles of Scholarship, Leadership, Citizenship, Fidelity, and Brotherhood.
