Available in person and online. When Alisa *Found Yoga*, she discovered a spark that quickly lit her up. At the age of forty-two she was astonished that at yoga class, people her own age were practicing backbends and headstands. They were moving and flowing with the simple beauty of dancers. But they did not seem to be there just for the cool poses. They seemed to KNOW things. There seemed to be s

Posture Lab: Warrior III
(Virabhadrasana III)

This pose is more challenging than it looks! IYKYK

I’m offering a 75-minute workshop on this pose this Sunday, 1/18, at 1:00 PM

Learn the symbolism of Warrior III and the key alignments and muscle engagements (hello glutes!)

Then we’ll get to work! You’ll learn how to make this pose accessible for you. We’ll have plenty of time for practice, asking questions, and feedback.

Posture Lab is one of my favorite ways to teach because we can go deep into learning, the class format is super casual, and you can ask questions during practice. 💥

Thank you for posting this, Soul Ventures International!

Set on 160 acres of fields, orchards, and forest in the North Georgia mountains, Kaluna Farm offered a serene and nourishing setting for women to slow down and reconnect—with themselves, one another, and the natural world. Each day unfolded with alignment-based yoga led by Alisa Lewis, blending breath, mindful movement, and intention-setting to support presence, ease, and self-trust for all levels of practice.

Beyond the mat, the retreat invited deep sensory and soulful immersion. Participants shared farm-to-table meals prepared with care, experienced a meditative sound bath, and gathered for a tea blending workshop and ceremony led by Kaluna Farm co-owner Meghan Cole. Time on the land—whether hiking to a waterfall, resting in hammocks by the creek, or wandering the farm—offered space for stillness, reflection, and renewal.

Rooted in the energy of spring, Breathe & Bloom was an invitation to release what no longer serves and remember what sustains. Women departed feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected—carrying the ease, clarity, and quiet joy of the retreat back into their daily lives.
