KidStrong Springfield is a science-based training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids, from crawling through age 11. Baby, toddler, preschool and school-age sessions are led by highly-trained coaches who take kids through age-appropriate challenges and competitions in weekly 45-minute classes. Kids run ninja courses, climb ropes, flip tires, sprint and build the foundation to excel at any sport, while practicing public speaking, teamwork, grit and problem solving to excel at life. Kids rank up and earn extra in-class responsibilities like Class Captain. 96% of parents say KidStrong is why their kids are more confident.

What makes KidStrong different from other programs? It’s simple: We combine science-based programming, expert coaches and a whole-child approach to development that helps kids grow in every way.
KidStrong isn’t just something to keep your kid busy this summer. It’s a kid-centered, community-minded movement! 🙌
We’re focused on:
🤸🏼♂️ Whole-Child Development: We’re building strong bodies, minds and character through intentional games and activities.
🧪 The Science Behind the Fun: Our programming is designed by child development experts using the latest research on physical and cognitive growth.
🏅 Highly-Trained, Certified Coaches: Every day at camp is led by trained leaders who inspire kids and create a safe, supportive environment.
🤝 Keeping Parents Connected: We involve parents every step of the way, culminating in a special Awards Ceremony celebration.
