Viability

$30.28/hour. Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. $500 sign-on bonus.

Viability is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor for our Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened program in Springfield, MA. American Sign Language fluency is required.

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operation of a supported living program, supervise and support staff, make sure program objectives are met, and provide back-up support across other programs. You will work alongside the Director to keep the program running well and within budget.

This role is a strong fit if you are fluent in ASL with a working knowledge of Deaf culture, bring supervisory experience, and have the kind of organization and communication skills that make a real difference in people's lives.

A valid driver's license and willingness to transport participants is required. Some travel to the Berkshires is part of the role.
