The purpose of our social media is to present matters of public interest concerning the Riverside Police Department’s programs, activities, news stories, and photos. We welcome your comments. Any department social media site that elicits or allows comments from the public shall be designated as a limited public forum for First Amendment purposes. • Solicitations or commerce, including but not limited to, advertising of any nongovernment related event, or business or product for sale

• Conduct or encouragement of illegal activity; • Information that may compromise the safety or security of an individual, the public or public systems

• Potentially libelous or defamatory comments

• Violates the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity

• Violates a local, state, or federal regulation or law, including privacy laws.
