Class is back in at the JAM Center in Garrett, starting TONIGHT at 6! This is a free 45 minute class for all levels, and we will be doing ALL NEW choreography tonight (for my veterans—yep, we’ve never done this release before!) that you won’t want to miss!
Class starts promptly at 6, so if you have not registered yet, give yourself some time before class to do so.
Happy new choreography week! I love a good all-standing b***y track, and POP 39 delivers. Don’t forget to sign up for upcoming classes!

Upcoming schedule for POP Pilates for the next couple of months. The JAM Center in Garrett will have a FREE 4-week series. Link to register will be in the comments.
Following that, I will be hosting classes at my house on Monday evenings again through probably the end of October. Those will be $5 per drop in, and registration for those will also be in the comments.
