Take a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through a deeply restorative Reiki-Empowered Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with salt therapy.

This intimate healing experience, limited to only six participants, combines the soothing atmosphere of a Himalayan salt room with the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, gong, and other therapeutic instruments. Led by Certified Reiki Master and Sound Practitioner Felicia Holden, the session is designed to support relaxation, energetic balance, and overall well-being.

Throughout the experience, each participant will receive individualized Reiki using gentle touch to areas of the body needing additional care and support. The harmonious blend of Reiki, therapeutic sound, and salt therapy encourages deep rest, grounding, and renewal for the mind, body, and spirit.

Guests will rest comfortably on thick yoga mats with cozy blankets, bolsters, and pillows while immersed in healing frequencies. Comfortable clothing is encouraged, and participants are welcome to bring any personal comfort items. Following the session, enjoy a calming cup of tea as you gently transition back into your evening.

Space is limited and advance registration is recommended.

Cass offers a compassionate practice that encourages students to honor their body’s unique needs while exploring growth both on and off the mat. Her classes weave together movement, breathwork, meditation, and affirmation to create a space rooted in self-awareness, healing, and connection.

Originally from New York, Cass recently moved to Atlanta to pursue her Ph.D. at Georgia Tech while continuing her yoga studies and teaching journey.

You can practice with Cass on Tuesdays at 10am for Air: Gentle Flow and Thursdays at 6pm for Fire: Flow.
