As we continue our retrospective of the Hammond Murals project completed in 2020, we're highlighting the talented local artists whose work helped bring the murals to life. Today, we're featuring Nancy Pattullo.

Over the years, Nancy has studied with several respected artists before rediscovering her passion for oil painting, a medium she loves for its richness, colour, and expressive possibilities. Influenced by masters such as Monet, Van Gogh, Cézanne, Sisley, and Degas, Nancy continues to explore and develop her artistic practice.

Her artwork was selected for inclusion in the Hammond Murals project, becoming part of a collaborative public art installation that continues to celebrate the history, character, and creativity of the Hammond community.

The completed murals can still be viewed today on Mini Mall Storage, a Supporting Sponsor of the Maple Ridge Community Foundation.

A huge thank you to Kingfishers Waterfront Bar & Grill for being our Golden Ball Sponsor!

To celebrate the Maple Ridge Community Foundation's 50th Golden Year, every golfer had the chance to tee off with a custom gold golf ball on one special hole. The challenge? Land your shot in the kiddie pool floating in the water hazard and take home a prize! 🏆

It was a fun twist that brought plenty of laughs, a little friendly competition, and a memorable way to celebrate this milestone year.
