Get moving!! Optimal daily walking targets for reducing all-cause/cardiovascular mortality was 10000/day, then 8000, then 7000...now 8000 even 1-2days per week have benefit!?! 🥳🤩

And speed doesn't count, just overall step counts...so no rush!!
