"Why do I love urban rises? It offers the possibility of something new in the design of houses, you just need to look around town to see the one look all Zimbabwe houses seem to have. A single storey box with a pitched roof .. And the possibility of change from this bold new enterprise, which usually boasts the titles of innovation and fresh, but with what looks like a solid business plan and experienced management gives Zimbabwe something to look forward to instead of the tough current time and the undoubtedly painful past, it's just a sign of hope."
