With exams coming up soon…. don’t forget to make sure to get into a routine. Routines must be doable otherwise you’ll spend hours making a study planner and then never stick to it! So consider that you also need time to chill and relax and time to eat and watch tv. But make the most of ALL you time. Scrolling through social media is a TIME SUCKER….. so give it up until after exams! Maybe if you are brave enough only allow yourself 1 hour a day to use your phone.
