God expects us to hear Him more even when He seems silent. Child of God, the answer you seek is in Him, call unto Him and He will answer thee speedily.

"Have Joy"

Nehemiah 8:10 KJV
Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

We have sort joy from different places in our lives, from people who oftentimes fail to deliver, from our material possessions which perish with using, left right and centre we look for things that may make us have joy but all come to nothing.

The above scripture from the book of Nehemiah whose name means God my Comfort, we see a declaration there. The source of your joy must be Jehovah Himself, His joy is from everlasting to everlasting and is your strength. His does not perish with using but it's new every morning.

Make a choice today, that the source of your Joy be Jehovah Himself and you shall have strength everyday.

WISDOM FOR EVERYDAY

"Be still"

1 Timothy 5:13 KJV
And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.

Oftentimes we are moving about and saying a lot of stuff which we ought not to say. Our movements are too much such that even if God wants to do something in us, our figiting makes it difficult for Him.

Be still child of God and let The Potter carve you and do something with the useless you. How can He put words in our mouths when we are so busy tittering? At times we need to be quiet for Him to speak through us.

Be still and allow Jehovah to use you. In your own abilities and direction, you do little but when in His abilities you accomplish much.

Make up your mind today to Be Still that He may fashion you accordingly.
