🌱 YOUR HABITS BECOME THEIR NORMAL

Our children don’t just inherit our genes.
They inherit our lifestyle.

They are always watching.

How you eat.
How you move.
How you speak about yourself.
How you handle stress, rest, discipline and consistency.

Even when it seems like they are not paying attention…
they are learning from you every single day.

If they grow up seeing movement as part of daily life, fitness becomes normal.
If they see you choosing walks, workouts, rest and balance, they learn health is important.

But if they constantly hear complaints, excuses, burnout and self-neglect…
they absorb that too.

The same applies to everything:

Children rarely become what we tell them.
