Mel studied a BA (Hons) in History at the University of Hull, UK before joining the Royal Air Force in 2005. She commissioned as an Air Traffic Control Officer and served for 10 years before emigrating to Zimbabwe with her husband. She has now been running the company for several years, during which time the company's reputation has grown and so too has the business. Sales:
Registered Agent & Sales Negotiator: Mel
Mel qualified as a Registered Agent in July 2018. She is currently studying to be a Valuer. Rentals:
Property Manager: Winnette
Winnette worked for Fox & Carney for 13 years, managing residential and commercial properties, before joining Action Properties in May 2014. Property Manager: Candice
Candice began working at Action Properties in March 2017. She is experienced in Real Estate, having worked at Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, London for 4 years before returning to Zimbabwe. Property Manager: Toya
Toya joined the team in June 2018. Whilst Toya did not come with any prior Real Estate experience, she has leant on the job and has become highly valued by the Landlords' whose properties she manages. Support Staff:
In addition to the team outlined above, we have a support staff whom we would be lost without! They include our Receptionist, Patience, our Bookeeper, Sheena, and our Messenger, Norman.
