Purpose of the role The Legal Officer shall be responsible for carrying out legal research, drafting commercial contract and handling member grievances.

Duties and Responsibilities
Researching on business law matters with special reference to employment and commercial law. Drafting commercial contracts and heads of argument.
Opening and maintaining of all files related to both employment and commercial law matters.
Proposing legal opinions for referral for management decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
Honours degree in law with a specialty in employment law and social security plus a research project on trade unionism or labour law.
The intern will undergo a twenty-four (24) month inhouse training programme.

Purpose of the Role To keep computerized membership records, employer records, provincial and branch records and assist Association Officers in management of membership data.

Duties and Responsibilities
Capture membership data, monitor increases, losses and reasons for such trends.
Track membership trends, analyze and produce reports by age, gender, and any other attribute.
Capture details of members and provide centralized database information regularly.
Produce monthly reports on membership trends to aid Association Officers to manage operations of ZIMTA efficiently and effectively and maximize on subscription income.
Identify high potential membership density for use in membership recruitment, renewal and retention. Identify and compile data related to membership decline, loss or disgruntlement and avail to Association officers.
Supervise data initiation records in the provinces.
Recommend suitable membership program for ZIMTA's data membership management system.
Liaise with Salary Services Bureau in data processing and subscription management.
Provide analytical capabilities for analyzing composition of the Association's membership.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Social Science.
Knowledge of statistical packages, Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.
Teaching certificate/Diploma, an added advantage.
Experience in similar functions an added advantage.

The main purpose of the role is to manage and run the payroll, pevelop and implement human resources policies, processes and rocedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
Development and implementation of policies, processes and procedures.
Managing and administering the payroll and production of ,monthly human resources reports.
Compiling and processing of monthly returns to external service providers,
Drawing up succession plans and ensuring their timeous implementation.
Carrying out of industry salary and benefits surveys and making recommendations on salary levels.
Drawing up of monthly and quarterly human resources reports.
Managing employees benefits such as leave, pension social insurance and gratuities.
Managing the health, safety and welfare portfolio of the Association.
Keeping and updating employee personal files and Works Council files and minutes
Qualifications and Experience
A diploma in Salary and Benefits Administration.
Certified payroll administrator an added advantage.
An HND in Human Resources with salary or pension administration.
