REVENUE CLERKS TOLLING x23

*MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB*
The position exists in the organization to implement efficient Toll Fee collection systems.

The Job involves working in 24hr shifts. The Revenue Clerk Tolling shall be reporting to the Senior Revenue Clerk.

*Duties And Responsibilities*
1. Collect toll fees and issue toll tickets to motorists travelling through the tollgate
2. Proficiently operate toll collection equipment according to procedures to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
3. Maintain log of problems and incidents encountered during shifts and watch out for toll evaders.
4. Count and surrender all cash to the Senior Revenue Clerk.
5. Balance cash collected, and tickets issued and deposits cash at hand with the Senior Revenue Clerk.
6. Effectively communicate with motorists and respond to enquires in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner and assist in resolving tolling challenges
7. Assist in controlling traffic when need arises.
8. Ensure the tolling facilities and environs are safe clean and well maintained with ZINARA policies
9.Perfom any other duties as assigned by superiors

*Qualifications And Experience*
❖ 5 0' Level Subjects including Maths/Accounts and English language
❖ 2 'A'Level subjects
❖ Working knowledge of Ms Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
❖ Exceptional inter-personal skills

Vacancy: Warehouse Assistant

We are kindly looking for a Warehouse Assistant for a Harare based company.

Main duties and responsibilities include the following 😗

-Receiving and dispatching inventory.
-Ensure good arrangement of storage facilities with appropriate layout and display signs in strategic locations.
-Keeps updated documentations of inventory.
-Update inventory in the system.
-Report damaged or missing inventory to the Supervisor.
-Conduct internal inventory checks and keep all relevant records.
- Ensure physical security of the warehouse by restricting visitors and any other unauthorized persons.

Qualifications and experience

-Strong background and knowledge on hardware equipment.
-Proven work experience in warehouse.
-Degree/Diploma in Stores Management, Operations Management, Logistics or related field.
