Thank you for this amazing birthday present. Finally had a chance to sit down and look at the stunning photos created by who took me through a photoshoot last week.

Its fair to say my slavic stare needs some more practice...'more sassy'....'more bitch' 🤣

I dont often make it infront of a camera but this was a blast. And in beautiful Kyiv, in the crisp spring sunlight, and no air raid sirens to interrupt! The stars aligned.

20 years ago today my girl. ️🕑🐴🪽

How can a grown adult miss a little pony she lost 20 years ago so much that she still can't talk about it without crying...

I guess I am blessed to have loved someone so deeply that it will burn for the rest of my life. I wish you could have stayed longer. I wish you could have walked more of this journey with me.

Loosing you set me firmly on the path I walk now. Because of you, I became a vet. Because of you, I do my best to make sure that no other little girls have to feel the loss of such a special friend. Because of you, I try and save as many 'Tanwens' as I can.

It's gone a bit more global than I promised you that morning in 2005, and theres still a long way to go my girl 💗. Today I missed you. The pony who saved me, who changed me, who showed me what it was to love beyond life, and who will stay with me forever.

When the cat gets out of the bag.

This beautiful lioness made a break from her reserve to a neighbouring property. Thankfully, we were able to respond quickly and vet her loaded up and returned!

Whilst the call that was initially for 1 lioness, eagle eyes spotted a 2nd lioness behind the fence and thankfully both were immobilized and returned together. Despite having scratched a lot of their claws down trying to get through the fence to each other, and having hurt their noses with the same endeavor, they will heal well over the coming weeks.
