....... Have you ever noticed the behaviour in some of our 's.....

The moment they become CEO let's say from a background (as an example),......... the moment they become CEO..... They know more of everything than even the sitting ......

I have seen some 's defy logic in many a times because they are and the sad part of it is, the sitting will actually agree and say "yes boss, you're right, you're right, you're right ( repeating the words" you're right" 3 times even) only to disagree with the behind closed doors 😢.....
..... and we wonder where we are getting it wrong.....

's the danger is we will have the organisation chasing the wind by this ........... if a guided instruction as such occurs to a (for example) ....... that tonne will cascade down to the last man and you will have the whole organisation running south perhaps instead of north for the whole year most times............ with way too much the entire time....

It's getting tight out here guys 🤞....... If you're not there yet...... It's coming............ and when it comes,........... you will realise you need your to pull on their own....... with you just guiding and directing the ship ⛵.... in favour of the overall sponsor.... the shareholder.

Never let anyone tell you or make you feel like you can't do anything.......... Just because they failed at something or were too afraid to try or start doesn't mean you have to share their fate........... 🤞

ONLY GOD HAS THAT POWER 🙌 and yet he wants only but the best from us....... So don't give another human any power over your life....... If you are not careful they will celebrate your failure a lot more than your because it makes them feel like they are not alone........

STAY FOCUSED, YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH anf it's OK if it gets lonely......that too shall pass....... Let us just be 🙏, keep on and keep on grinding.
