This young fella is now 2 years and 10 months old. Raised entirely on the veld, his phenotype is truly something to admire. Because we bred him ourselves, we made the easy decision to retain him as a junior herd sire.

​He’s the ultimate cleanup bull, perfectly "tying up the loose ends." This ensures total coverage across all our cows and heifers, giving us a good calving rate. We are incredibly excited to watch his future unfold, especially since he carries on the legacy of our former herd sire, Champion.

Cross breeding can be a long and winding journey, but definitely one that is exciting and inspiring. Our consistent injection of top quality brahman bulls is showing in the progeny we are receiving.

Not every farmer can start with pure animals. Our cows are mixed from pure brahman to pure mashona. We are experiencing the beauty of both breeds and its nothing short of exciting.
