A special evening in Victoria Falls, celebrating our clients and a major milestone for SATIB Zimbabwe.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a cocktail evening in Victoria Falls to celebrate the official opening of our new office and, most importantly, the incredible clients and partners who continue to support us across the safari and tourism industry.

For many years, it has been a dream of our Managing Director, Desmond Stephens, to establish a permanent SATIB presence in Victoria Falls, one of Africa’s most iconic tourism destinations. Seeing this vision come to life is an exciting moment for our team and a meaningful step in strengthening our support for the region’s tourism operators.

Opening our Victoria Falls office allows us to deepen our presence in a key tourism hub and further expand the specialised insurance services we provide to safari operators, lodges, tour companies, and travel businesses throughout Southern Africa. Being closer to our clients enables us to better understand their operations and continue delivering the tailored insurance solutions and risk expertise that SATIB has built its reputation on for more than 30 years.

We are delighted that Carol Davies will be leading our Victoria Falls office. In addition to supporting our insurance clients, Carol is a qualified Health and Life Insurance agent and will be available to assist individuals and businesses with their health and life cover needs.

A special thank you to Victoria Falls Safari Lodge for hosting us at the spectacular Queen Nandi Place, their beautiful new conference facility. The venue and exemplary service provided the perfect setting for such a memorable evening.
