It's definitely been a while but we've been working tirelessly behind the scenes with our April cohort of support workers in training!
We will however be hosting a workshop that will be detail orientated, with a certificate upon completion!

The heart is an organ that pumps blood all over the body and it has 4 Chambers (2 atriums and 2 ventricles).
Your heart lies in the center of the chest but more inclined to the left side (that's why your left lung lobe is smaller than the right to make adequate space for your pumping organ)😊

In CPR: the victim's chest (center) is pumped to re-start the heart and get the rythm going.

Your heart does a stellar job that's why you're supposed to care for it!
