Year – 2006 :- Gamma Pharmaceuticals was taken over by Circle Pharmaceuticals ltd.- a cGMP certified facility has over 250 formulations and are registered with PRA
Year – 2009 :- Circle Pharmaceuticals Ltd. stopped its operations
In October 2011 Baxy Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company Ltd. and renamed as BPMC
