We are looking for a dedicated, professional and safety-conscious Driving Instructor to join our growing team in Solwezi.

📌 POSITION: Driving Instructor
📍 Location: Solwezi

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct both practical and theoretical driving lessons for students
* Teach students safe driving habits, defensive driving techniques and road safety regulations
* Assess students’ driving abilities and monitor their progress throughout training
* Prepare students for driving tests and ensure they meet required driving standards
* Carry out vehicle pre-trip inspections and ensure training vehicles are clean and roadworthy
* Maintain professionalism, patience and discipline during training sessions
* Keep accurate records of student attendance, lesson schedules and performance
* Report vehicle defects, incidents or maintenance requirements promptly
* Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company procedures and safety standards
* Provide excellent customer service and create a positive learning environment for all students

Requirements

* Valid driver’s licence with good driving record
* Knowledge of Zambian road traffic rules and regulations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with people from different backgrounds
* Mature, responsible and punctual
* Instructor or teaching experience will be an added advantage
* Defensive driving knowledge will be an added advantage
