INTERWEBB ENTREPRENEURIAL, LEADERSHIP AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT BOOT CAMP: 08/10/2022

With the urgency in high levels of unemployment and need for job creation, this project was set to impart knowledge and skills to the future generation in key areas that will lead to a successful future of the bright young thinkers.

InterWebb, an engineering and technology company that pursues ideas to foster creativity, innovation and development, in conjunction with abana_afrika_zm a youth led NGO that that aims to empower young people from low social economical backgrounds with the skills and mentorship in order to create a positive change in their communities, took initiative to design this bootcamp and deliver it in the most interactive way possible.

The camp, consisting of 8 schools within the Copperbelt included activities such as *Team Building *, *Leadership Talk *, and application of entrepreneurial skills consisting of *Business Summary and Business Model Canvas* with *Business Pitching* of brilliant ideas and solutions to key problems done by the students.

The students were also privileged to be addressed by the Hon. MP Mr Christopher Kang'ombe of Kamfinsa constituency.

The event successfully ended with the certification of the attendees. To create a world we want to live in, we must take the first step in making it so. By taking this step we must also fuel young people with passion for positive change and development, and in that vein a bootcamp focused on entrepreneurial, leadership and self-development was successfully held at Ndeke Secondary School under the theme: Engineering The Future.
