AN OFFICE assistant has admitted breaking into National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) University examination strong room with intent to steal.

Evans Kamwengo, 46, who is also a general worker, is charged with breaking into a building with intent to commit a felony-namely to steal.

Between November 24 and 29, 2025,
Kamwengo, with intent to steal, allegedly broke and entered NIPA university examination strong room.

After Lusaka principal resident magistrate Idah Phiri read out the charge the accused, he admitted in Bemba saying “Ndesumima umulandu][I admit the charge].
