A customer came to duplicate a car key, they went and tried it then later called and said it didn't work.

They got angry and told me a lot of things and concluded: "Give me back the money and get back your stupid key...!"

Calmly I answered them:"Don't worry boss, before we fight we'll look for a solution to that issue. Just come with the car since our key is able to unlock the ignition and start."

When it arrived, I checked the door lock... I put a little oil on it and we tried it again. The key turned smoothly... Perfect, the problem was not the key...it was the dry door lock.

In this job I learned something, we don't just make keys... we also have to be patient with people.
