ACCA Zambia and the Lusaka Securities Exchange renewed the existing strategic collaboration for another 3 years with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, marking the third cycle of this long-standing partnership.

This renewal reflects clear alignment with ACCA’s priorities to support resilient economies by strengthening capital markets through trusted partnerships. By working closely with market institutions such as LuSE, ACCA continues to advance professionalism, ethical leadership, strong governance, and transparency as foundational pillars of sustainable economic growth.

The MoU provides a practical framework for collaboration across high quality financial reporting, corporate governance, capacity building, leadership development, and the development of future ready skills for finance professionals. Emphasis is placed on sustainability training, sustainability reporting, and ethics and compliance, recognising their critical role in enhancing market integrity, investor confidence, and long-term capital formation.

Through this third cycle of collaboration, ACCA Zambia and LuSE reaffirm a shared commitment to aligning capital mobilisation with globally recognised professional standards, ethical practice, and long-term value creation.

Together, we are strengthening Zambia’s capital market ecosystem in support of resilient businesses, informed investors, and inclusive economic development.
