BA ELECTRICIAN ADVISE ME ON THIS ONE PLEASE.I HAVE TWO SOLAR PANELS AS FOLLOWS.

First one is:
Peak Power(Pmax)= 50W.
Voltage (VMP)= 18V.
Current(IMP)= 2.78A.
Open Curcuit Voltage =22V.
Short Circuit Current= 3.38A.

Second one is:
Peak Power (Pmax)= 10W.
Voltage (VMP)=18V.
Current (IMP)= 0.55A.
Open Curcuit Voltage= 21.6V.
Short Curcuit Current( SC)= 0.89A.

Advise which battery can I use?And can we use this same panels to watch even a TV set.
