Here is a mental trick, it is called intentional memory. Get a picture of a time when you had a good moment, then stare it.

Try to master every detail. Do that for 3 minutes, and spend every second taking mental notes of what you see.

After the 3 minutes have elapsed, close your eyes and try to remember every thing you saw. Do that for 5 minutes and then try to recall that memory.

What led to that picture? What was the moment? Were you happy? Were you excited?

Once you remember, chase that feeling.

Fight for decisions that lead you to that peaceful place.

Cut your limb and cast it away if you have to; and run, duck and ditch.

Fight for your happiness.

Fight for your potential.

Avoid distractions.

Flee from the bad influences.

Every day, wake up with one goal - gratitude. You had bad days, but you also had great ones.

Remember those, and recall the times you were resilient, when you were disciplined and focused.

Feel your softness again and let love lead. Be vulnerable and enjoy life. Get hurt. Love deeply. Have fun. Live life.

Embrace your mistakes. Forgive yourself. Move on. Watch the stars. And, breathe-in life's freshness.

Walk the world imperfectly perfect. Be yourself but adapt. Reach beyond the firmament and grab your destiny.

You are a queen. You are a king.
