Pursuant to section 3.59 of the LuSE Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Puma Energy Zambia Plc wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Knight Silumesii as Managing Director and Executive Director of the board effective 15 June 2022. Knight has been appointed to Manage Corporate Affairs and Government Relations for the Puma Energy group based in Zambia
