It is with heavy hearts that we at A-LIST Media announce the passing of our beloved colleague, friend, and a true legend of the Zambian arts, Wanga Zulu who passed away in the early hours of today.

Wanga was the heart of Mpali, a cherished presence through all its seasons. Her dedication to her craft was unmatched and her passion was an inspiration to everyone on set. Her warmth and radiant spirit created a family on set, and her example will never be forgotten.

Her sudden departure has shocked all of us at A-List Media and the Mpali team. We are struggling to come to terms with this great loss.

During this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers, are with her family and the entire Zambian film industry.

Funeral arrangements will be communicated in due course.

Rest in perfect peace, dear Wanga. You will be forever missed.
