Another feedback from a student nurse Mr Alphias Maposa about SRHR
Sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR)
"Taken together, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) can be understood as the right for all, whether young or old, women, men or transgender, straight, gay, le***an or bisexual, HIV positive or negative, to make choices regarding their own sexuality and reproduction, providing they respect the rights of others to bodily integrity. This definition also includes the right to access information and services needed to support these choices and optimize health".
For young people, their sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) are a crucial part of their lives – whether they are sexually active or not.
However, it is also important to recognize the important role young people can play in delivering effective SRHR programs and improved health outcomes.

Here is a feedback from a medical student Doctor Teddy Mukuka on SRHR
Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SHRH) is a collection of rights that pertain to matters closely linked to human sexuality and relations. For example, GBV, HIV, Hygiene, adolescent hygiene, STIs, abortion, contraceptives, Female ge***al mutilation, Child and forced marriage, maternal health, etc
Each of these is a major topic of concern today, which necessitates the need for these rights to be taught to the general public. Upon awareness, people can then make informed decisions about issues to do with their health, in all the aspects of health as defined by WHO (Physical, Mental and Social).
