I think it’s time I stop using Airtel Zambia network because there is no way ba Airtel can’t help me …I sent money to the wrong number I initiated a reversal and called the person Allan Lungu and asked him to approve which he refused I called ba Airtel only to told that there is nothing they can do about it…what’s the point of having a customer service team if there is nothing thy can do?? So my money gone like that 😡😡😡😡😡Is ba mtn like that also
