It produces interlocking bricks designed to fit together with precision, reducing the need for excessive mortar while boosting structural integrity. Their interlocking geometry enhances load distribution, while the manufacturing process yields bricks that are lighter, more water resistant, and easier to handle on site without compromising strength. Well produced clay interlocking bricks should align with recognised British Standards such as BS EN 771-1 for masonry units and BS EN 772 for testing methods. This means consistent compressive strength, controlled water absorption, and durability suitable for various exposure conditions.
