1. SHAWARMA MAKER.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Must be a Kitwe Resident.
-Male/female experienced Shawarma Maker.
-Masterfully prepare and present a variety of shawarma dishes, meeting the highest culinary standards.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and timely service.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
-Ensuring that food safety standards are respected.
-Portioning food items.
-Working efficiently and accurately during busy periods.
-Prepairing garnishes for shawarma.
-Cooking, mixing and seasoning ingredients.
2. CHEF
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Must be a Kitwe resident.
-Male/female graduate.
-Experience in baking cooking, pastries, desserts and other sweet items would be an added advantage.
-Ensure that food quality and presentation standard is observed.
-Excellent organizational and management skills.
-The ability to stand for extended period if required.
-Willingness to work on different schedules when required.
-Effective communication skills and team work.
-You should also ensure that all food items are properly stored to prevent spoilage.
