Job Title:

Sales Executive (External & Internal Sales)

Location: Kitwe Zambia

Salary: Competitive base salary + commission structure

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking ambitious and dedicated Sales representatives to join our team and drive business growth in both external and internal capacities. As an External Sales representatives, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients while promoting our products and services. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales over the phone or via digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

External Sales:

1. Prospect and identify potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the unique benefits of our offerings.
4. Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover of clients and maximization of sales opportunities.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets, while providing excellent customer service and support.

Internal Sales:

1. Generate leads through targeted outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
2. Qualify and follow up with leads, understanding their needs, and introducing our products and services.
3. Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Work closely with the external sales team to ensure that leads are effectively managed, and opportunities are maximized.
5. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a background in sales of industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license (for external sales roles).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the mechanical or instrumentation industry
