MEMORANDUM
============================================
To: All Students Trained Between 2020 β 2024
From: Administration β Vision Network School of Applied Sciences
============================================
Subject: Temporary Closure of Vision Network School of Applied Sciences and Compliance with Quality Assurance Requirements
This memorandum serves to officially inform all students trained between the years 2020 and 2024 that Vision Network School of Applied Sciences is temporarily closed.
The closure is necessitated by the fact that the training program was conducted as a project-based initiative, and all trained individuals who had not completed full Grade 12 at the time of enrollment were given a deadline to submit their GCE results and full Grade 12 certificates. This requirement was essential for affiliating institutions to proceed with licensing and recognition of professional qualifications in line with national quality assurance standards.
Despite repeated notices, some students did not submit their full GCE and Grade 12 results as advised. In view of the changes implemented by the Higher Education Authority and Quality Assurance bodies, the institution can no longer process licensing or certification for students who do not meet the minimum academic entry requirements.
Therefore, please note the following:
All students who failed to submit full GCE and Grade 12 results will be required to:
Further their studies elsewhere to obtain the required qualifications, or
Advance to other accredited and recognized institutions in accordance with current higher education regulations.
Vision Network School of Applied Sciences shall only recognize and support students who complied with all quality assurance and academic requirements within the stipulated timelines.
The Education Department and Management shall not be held responsible for any students who remain unlicensed or uncertified due to failure to submit full GCE and Grade 12 results as required.
This decision has been made in full compliance with all Quality Assurance requirements, regulatory guidelines, and professional standards governing training institutions and certification processes.
We thank all students for their participation in the project and encourage those affected to take the necessary steps to regularize their academic qualifications through appropriate and accredited institutions.
For further clarification, students may contact the administration office during official working hours.
