Faith has been made difficult because we have been taught to appropriate our results from our knowledge of the written word of God. We therefore "stand" on that written word making continuous declarations to bring ourselves into a state of mind where we consider the thing done.The knowledge of the written word of God is not the primary goal of the Father but the only vehicle through which that goal can be achieved.
Just like a car is acquired as a means of transportation, the purpose of the written word is to transport the soul to meet with the living God.
The results proceed from our fellowship with the living God. This fellowship can only be done successfully through the written word for its by it we know who he is and can therefore have real fellowship with him.
Fellowship with the living God results in an impartation of spiritual substance into our souls which brings us into the place of rest and then light shines on our path. We receive direction and know what to do in detail in the given situation.

When men have lost touch with the power of truth, Its transforming ability to radically change the behaviour of a person,or heal his body empowering him, when they no longer know the way of the Spirit they reduce Christianity to an argument over the grammar used in preaching truth

Never fight the new, it's the fastest way to irrelevance. There is the essence, truth within it. Don't get distracted by the form, the appearance it's the principle within it the spirit that counts. The best things occur when there is cross-pollination when it is ancient & modern

Evangelization loses much of its force and effectiveness of it does not take into consideration the actual people to whom it is addressed,if it does not use their language,their signs,their symbols if it does not answer the questions they ask,and if it does not have an impact on their concrete life...Selah!
