PRESCHOOLERS up to the age of six may be dropped off for a weekly class of creative movement that encourages more independent activities. These classes combine music interpretation, dramatic expression and sequencing with all the skills laid down in the previous programmes. CREATIVE DANCE programmes are also offered for those who want a relaxed introduction to any form of dance. The pre-dance skills include more choreographed activities that give them a taste of ballet, modern and hip-hop. Some technique is introduced but everything is taught through imagery and the narrative. The most important aim of all the programmes at the JUMP START STUDIO is to build confidence and to grow self-esteem.
