🩰 Adult Advanced Ballet 5.30-6.45pm
🩰 Adult Beginner Ballet 6.45-8pm - this class is great for anyone who is new to dance and wants to learn new skills.

MONDAYS AT DEDICATED2DANCE 2024

Our week begins with Adult classes in Ballet and Modern led by .swales.
Each class is 75 minutes and works the whole body.
🩰 Intermediate Ballet consists of exercises at the Barre, centre and corner work, with some choreography. Emphasis placed on creating strong foundations and technique to support the dancers creativity and overall movement.
💃 Intermediate Modern includes a full body warm up, progressing on to floor work, strengthening exercises, travelling and centre work, concluding in choreography. Our studebts explore the fundamentals of Modern Dance and Contemporary.

Our adult Modern classes range from beginner, intermediate to open class.
Our AIDT Modern exam class prepares our students for exams, learning technique and choreography.
