🌊🚧 The City of Cape Town’s R104 million Bayside Canal upgrade is now 63% complete and on track for completion in April 2027.

This major infrastructure investment will improve stormwater management, enhance climate resilience, and help protect the water quality of Rietvlei by reducing pollution and increasing canal capacity during heavy rainfall.

A stronger, more resilient future for our community is taking shape. 💙
