The club aims to give its members a sense of belonging, with the opportunity to achieve all their own personal goals with the support of fellow team members. Our Club accepts all members, no matter whether they are beginners or at a top level.

Those of you who stay in the Stellenbosch/Somerset West area, please note that we will be doing a coached swim session at Paul Roos’s pool at 4 45 on Saturday.

We will be join the Strand Running Club on Tuesday evening at 6PM for a 4 or 8 km time trial. They run from the Charles Morkel rugby club. See you all there.
Anyone attending the AGM this evening? Maybe we can car pool?
First swim had 3 members join. Wednesday should be busier.
We will have club t shirts on sale tomorrow evening at the club registration evening. R 100.00.
