My bird feeder recipe
-Take half a pomegranate or pomelo and empty it. Rinse off the juice and let it dry a bit.
-mix some wild bird seeds with pure coconut oil
-fill the half fruit with your mixture
-Sit, watch and enjoy the little birds!

A healthy afternoon treat...on a hot summer day!
Perfect afternoon snack for kids too when they come back from school.

Banana ice cream🍌🫐
with activated charcoal and blueberry.

Ingredients for 2 :
✔3 small frozen bananas
✔a handful of frozen blueberries
to put at the bottom of your glass
✔1 tsp of activated charcoal
✔1 tsp of vanilla essence
✔ 1 tsp of peanut butter

Blend bananas, vanilla essence, ₩peanut butter and activated charcoal and 1 Tbsp of water in your Nutribullet or blender.

Et voilà..decorate with a few blueberries and some mint.
