Complete Computer Services (Team CSS) is an IT services company with a proud
25-year history that has an opening for a Junior technician position.

Work Location is Based in Somerset West , Cape Town.

Requirements
We are looking for a young driven individual to join our established IT firm. Candidate must have a driver’s license and reliable transport to get to work. A work Vehicle will be provided to perform Onsite callouts and Support. Candidates with criminal records, health issues and/or substance abuse problems need not apply. Due to the nature of the industry the ability to work overtime is also a must. Passion for the field is the foremost requirement and as such we are looking at having someone who is willing to spend the time learning and eventually working there way up it Skillset. On the outset the candidate will be based in the workshop and help assist existing workshop staff with the the day-to-day operations of the workshop as well as performing call outs to clients onsite. We welcome female candidates to apply also.
Qualifications
The position is entry-level and any previous I.T Related experience or Formal Training would be beneficial but is not a must as inhouse training will be provided. The candidate will be chosen more based on Attitude, Friendliness, and the ability to follow instruction with willingness, than previous experience.

Main Tasks
Monitoring of work in the workshop and following up with repair agents to ensure low turnaround times. Keeping track of tools, supplies and fixed assets that are used on a day-to-day basis. Doing basic troubleshooting of workstations as well as re-installations of desktops and notebooks. These tasks will be done in workshop as well as onsite at client Locations.

Remuneration
We will offer a competitive salary based on previous experience.
