“Creating Parlour is brand I’m incredibly proud to have created. It’s been a labour of love — one that started as a slightly crazy idea on a Sunday night.
A toast to Brendan and the team at for not only giving this idea a home, but for supporting me every step of the way.
To , this simply wouldn’t have been possible without you.
To every single member of our team and my dear friends , who hung curtains, tied bows on lollipops, poured bubbles, and brought the magic to life, thank you.
And of course, to every guest who joined us for a guavosá, a croque monsieur, or a chocolate éclair… thank you, thank you, thank you.
I’m incredibly grateful to everyone for the support, understanding & guidance.
For now, Parlour is going into hibernation…
but keep your eyes peeled, you never know when or where we might pop up again soon. 👀

The Deli was the perfect setting. From the sun-drenched balcony to the farmer-style carts and French umbrellas, it was the quintessential backdrop for Parlour to come to life.
We’re incredibly grateful to The Deli team for opening their doors and for the care and effort that made this season such a success.
