⨠The other weekend in August, we had such a fulfilling time at the last SUMMIT. It was truly a blessing for me and the team to be part of it.
I know itās already September, but I feel this post is timely - because this is plowing and planting season. And for me, itās a reminder that every seed sown in purpose will grow in its seasonš±
I carry with me the words of Nomndeni : āAbundance is not a thing that happens to you, itās a way of life.ā š

REFLECTING | Hereās what my businesses; Euphony Brands and now SKINGLOW Africa ā have been teaching me about me over these last few monthsā¦
Euphony Brands is in what I call the toddler phase š«šgrowing fast, full of energy, reaching new milestones every day. Itās exciting, but itās also stretching me in ways I didnāt anticipate. And just like with toddlers, you canāt rush the stage, you can only learn and grow through the tearsš¤
Hereās what Iāve been learning:
š± Systems grow with you: The systems that worked when it was just me donāt necessarily work with a team. Processes must evolve with human capital.
š± Managing your own team is different: Itās not the same as leading in a corporation. Trust, delegation, and patience are things Iām learning to build daily.
š± Cash flow is delicate: Scaling isnāt just theory. Sometimes one big payment in or out has a ripple effect that touches payroll and suppliers.
š± Black female founders need more grace : Unconscious biases are real: having to justify pricing, being labelled āharshā when weāre assertive, or feedback not coming from a place of growth. We need to shift that.
š± Legacy building is different: When you build for legacy, integrity doesnāt end with you. It flows through your business, your team, your clients, and the impact you leave.
š± Everyone is a work in progress: Whether in life or in our careers, no one has it all figured out. Weāre all still learning and growing.
And now⦠Iām also a proud mother of a new business: that I have been baking for a few years now. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. This next chapter is about growth, learning, and alignment.
ā¼ļøLastly and this is very important entrepreneurship is often painted as glossy, but the truth is, itās a refining process. It teaches you a lot about yourself , tests your faith in God.
Either way Iām grateful for both of my ābabiesā - Euphony Brands and SKINGLOW Africa; and Iām grateful for every lesson along the wayš

WEEKLY BIBLICAL DECLARATIONS | This new season is about trust and alignment, I pray that these Biblical Declarations remind you of that šš¾šæ
When we surrender our own plans, God directs us with clarity and peace. His voice silences confusion, His Holy Spirit leads us into purpose, and His will is always perfect.

āMetamorphosis in Purpose - Aligning, Obeying, and Walking Boldly in Godās Calling.ā
šāØ A new season, a new beginning. This weekās declarations remind us to lean into the purpose Yahuwah has placed within us - to align, to obey, and to be transformed. No matter the rejection, no matter the noise, His calling remains.
